OPEN POSITION – Driver & Production Assistant

US Logo is a family-owned Wichita company with 36 years of experience producing high-quality custom apparel and branding for businesses, schools, and organizations across Kansas. We’re growing and looking for a dependable Driver & Production Assistant to support daily deliveries and help our production floor stay running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

This role includes daily deliveries (typically a few hours per day, sometimes half or full day during busy season) plus hands-on support in our production areas when not on the road. You’ll help with tasks such as:

 

  • Delivering orders accurately and on time to customers
  • Loading/unloading garments and boxed items carefully
  • Supporting production team with basic shop tasks, including:
    • Trimming garments
    • Cleaning screens
    • Folding, packing, and labeling orders
    • Helping with heat press, screen printing prep, and embroidery support
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized
  • Following instructions from production leads and supporting the team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional with customers
  • Honest and trustworthy (this role handles customer deliveries)
  • Drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free
  • Comfortable staying active (standing, lifting, moving garments/boxes)
  • Team attitude: willing to jump in and help as priorities shift amidst ambiguity

OPEN POSITION – Customer Service Representative

$15-20 hour

Monthly bonuses up to $1000

US Logo, Inc. is currently hiring a Project Manager. We have a dynamic team and we are searching for another member who will represent our brand and create lifetime customers.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Project Manager you are responsible for assisting customers, in person and over the phone, with all their business marketing needs and inquiries.
  • You will assist existing customers manage their account, as well as, assist new customers build a relationship with US Logo, Inc.
  • Project Managers educate our customers on all products and services that US Logo, Inc. offers, and provides a complete solution during each interaction.
  • Responsible for processing customer orders and providing additional value by offering solutions through our consultative marketing approach.
  • Project Managers take payments and meticulously maintain customer records.
  • Point of contact for your customers from the first step they take in the door until completed and finished products/services.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • Spanish is a benefit, but not a requirement
  • Must genuinely enjoy approaching and interacting with people
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to engage in conversation with all customers
